Vitamin & recovery shots at home

B12, NAD+, MIC + B12, glutathione and Toradol, given at home or at our hubs by a registered nurse across the Fresno service area. Starting at $35 a shot.

Overview

A ten-minute visit, not an afternoon.

Shots are the fastest thing we do. A registered nurse comes to your home, gives the injections you have been cleared for, and leaves. Most shots-only visits take about ten minutes.

The menu is short on purpose: vitamin B12, NAD+, MIC + B12, glutathione, and ketorolac (Toradol). Each one is a real product at a documented dose, screened against your medications, allergies and history before a nurse is dispatched.

Shots are a Fresno-area service. We travel up to 45 miles from downtown Fresno, which covers Clovis, Sanger, Selma, Madera and Visalia. Outside that radius we cannot send a nurse.

A $35 mobile fee applies to any visit that is shots only. If a drip is part of the same visit, that fee is already covered by the drip.

What's included

Everything in your plan,
from day one.

The shot menu, and what each one costs

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1000 mcg — $35. Ketorolac (Toradol) IM — $45. NAD+ 50 mg — $45, or 100 mg — $90. MIC + B12 lipotropic — $55. Glutathione 200 mg — $60.

$35 mobile fee on shots-only visits

One flat fee per visit, not per shot, and it is not waived on a shots-only visit. It does not apply when a drip is part of the same visit.

Registered nurse, at home or at our hubs

A registered nurse administers every injection. No clinic, no waiting room.

Screened before a nurse is dispatched

Your medications, allergies and history are checked against every ingredient on your list first.

Fresno service area, 45 miles

Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Selma, Madera and Visalia. Shots and drips are the only services limited by service area.

No membership needed

Shots are pay-per-visit. There is no membership on a shots-only visit.

  • Low energy or fatigue that lingers through the week

  • Low B12 on labs, or a diet or medication that depletes it

  • Slow recovery from training, travel or illness

  • Body composition goals you are already working on

  • Short-term acute pain that needs more than an over-the-counter option
