Optimize is a monthly program built on your own results. Month 1, you get a baseline lab panel at a Quest near you: 60+ biomarkers. Month 2, your physician reviews your results and writes your care plan, covering diet, physical activity and supplements, and a nurse brings your first IV, personalized to your results, plus a physician-recommended IM shot. Your AI companion starts checking in.
Months 3 and 4, you get an IV and a nurse check-in each month, with IM shots depending on your physician's plan. Month 5, your physician picks a full or focused retest at Quest, your plan adjusts and the loop repeats.
Your care team sees everything. We encourage you to commit to at least 5 months to see results. $299 a month. Prescriptions are billed separately.
