Physician-reviewed supplements

Fourteen practitioner-grade products, one to three chosen for you and reviewed by a California-licensed physician before you take them. Already have recent bloodwork? Upload it during intake — PDF or photo — and the physician reads it before choosing your stack. Starting at $60, anywhere in California.

Overview

A short stack you will actually take, reviewed by a physician.

Most supplement plans fail for the same two reasons: too many bottles, and nobody checking them against the medications you are already on.

We keep a screened universe of fourteen practitioner-grade products and select one to three of them for you, based on your intake, history and goals. A California-licensed physician reviews the selection, including interactions with your current medications, before anything is sent.

Supplements start at $60: a $45 physician review plus your first bottle. The catalog runs from $15 to $64 a bottle: magnesium glycinate, B-complex, vitamin D3 at two strengths, omega-3, electrolytes, liposomal vitamin C, zinc, CoQ10, L-theanine, extended-release melatonin, creatine, collagen and prenatal.

Supplements are available anywhere in California. If a nurse is already coming for a drip or shots, the bottles are handed over at that visit. Otherwise they ship to you.
